At High Street Kensigton, Councillor Moylan lent the high level support and leadership that enabled Project Centre to achieve a more coherent streetscape, one which respected the contemporary architecture and high standards of the built environment, whilst acknowledging and detailing its social and commercial needs, but challenging existing practices of traffic engineering and streetscape design, to achieve the aim of a clutter free environment
